Introduction

Life is not “one size fits all” so your care shouldn’t be either. I strive to meet clients where they are in their walk of life whether it be a recent life transition, career exploration, relationship changes, self-discovery, and so on. I have experience working with individuals recovering from addiction, teens experiencing life and family conflict, and counseling in a school setting. I am very passionate about athlete life transitions post-sport, women’s mental health, and counseling adolescents.
