My clinical approach is a blend of psychodynamic therapy and CBT/DBT. I incorporate learnings from client's relational history and patterns to address present concerns and develop skills to cope such as distress tolerance and emotion regulation. My therapeutic style is compassionate, authentic, and direct, inviting a sense of humor even in difficult times.
