Introduction

My goal is to help you reach your goals while providing a safe, supportive space to navigate life's challenges. I work with clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds because I believe everyone deserves support during difficult times. You don't have to carry everything on your own—let's work through it together! I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health and play therapy. As a play therapy specialist, I have extensive experience supporting children, teens, and their families to improve mental wellness, achieve clear behavioral goals, and create a more harmonious home. I actively adapt play therapy theory to work with teens, young adults, and adults who are young at heart, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, sand tray therapy, exposure therapy, and narrative therapy with my clients. I am also passionate about supporting adults exploring starting a family, including individuals on fertility journeys and navigating IVF, IUI, pregnancy loss, or TTC in general. I facilitate a therapeutic group called the Fertility Support Circle that is open and ongoing for all hopeful parents-to-be. I believe change is a process of creative expansion, and that therapy can be be fun and engaging as well as meaningful and impactful. I invite you to reach out to connect with me and begin receiving the support you deserve!
