Open, non-judgmental listening to you. I offer individual and couples therapy. I especially enjoy working with individuals with a dual diagnosis who struggle with mental health and chemical use. My goals are to assist you in developing a positive view of yourself and in creating a relationship that encourages your goals regarding relationships, self-view, and perspectives. Life can bring many challenges and stressors. I feel it is important for you to feel heard and supported, and to create a dialogue to explore your emotions, build bridges to reach your goals, resolve conflict, and develop compassion for yourself.
