I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (PA & NJ) and Founder/CEO of Positive Intentions, LLC—an award-winning outpatient practice in the Poconos. I help individuals and couples untangle long-standing patterns, heal from trauma, and repair relationships, especially around boundaries, communication, conflict, and rebuilding trust. My work is client-centered and integrative, blending CBT and strength-based approaches with parts-informed (IFS), attachment, and nervous-system (polyvagal & somatic) frameworks so insight actually turns into sustainable change. As a practice owner, I’ve built Positive Intentions from a solo venture into a growing team with systems that keep care compassionate, ethical, and clinically solid. My background spans private practice, community mental health, residential and long-term care, crisis work, assessment, and treatment planning. Beyond the therapy room, I design and deliver corporate training on topics such as burnout-resilient workplaces, trauma-informed leadership, ethical practice, boundaries, and real-world communication skills. I also consult with behavioral health and nursing care organizations on compliance, documentation, discharge planning, and quality of care—helping teams align what they say they value with how they actually operate.
