Circe Vogel, LCPC, LAC, provides individual therapy for adults in Missoula and throughout Montana. Her work is grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that recognizes the ways past experiences, relationships, and life circumstances can shape how we cope, connect, and move through the world. Circe has a particular focus on substance use and long-term recovery. She works with individuals who are navigating substance use concerns, recovery, relapse prevention, life changes related to recovery, or the process of rebuilding a sense of stability and purpose. Her approach is supportive and nonjudgmental, helping clients explore the underlying experiences and patterns connected to substance use while developing healthier ways to cope and move forward. Circe also works with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, and other challenges that can make it difficult to feel grounded or fully engaged in life. As an EMDR-trained therapist, she incorporates EMDR when appropriate to help clients process difficult experiences and reduce the impact those experiences may continue to have on their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Therapy with Circe is collaborative and focused on creating a space where clients can feel safe being honest about what they are experiencing. She meets clients where they are, without judgment, while helping them identify their strengths, understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. Whether someone is beginning their recovery journey, working to maintain long-term recovery, processing past trauma, or simply looking for support through a difficult season of life, Circe strives to provide a steady and supportive space for growth and healing.
