Hi there! My name is Claire Keepers and thank you for clicking on Bloom & Grow therapy! My practice is a neurodiversity affirming, trauma informed space where people can authentically allow themselves to be still and feel their emotions safely. Bloom & Grow Counseling originates as a lyric from the song Edelweiss, famously known from a movie called, “The Sound of Music”. The sentiment “bloom and grow“ represents the trials and tribulations people experience in life and the courage it takes to see change and truly embrace growth. Since I was young, I have always felt drawn towards helping and caring for people. My therapeutic values include integrity, transparency, self awareness, and personal accountability when serving others. I also was diagnosed with ADHD at age 14, so I can especially relate to teens and young adults with a similar story. My path of neurodivergence is still a constant evolving journey, and I’m glad to help others experiencing similar struggles. I offer services such as individual therapy via telehealth and walk therapy for clients ages 12 to 40. I also offer academic counseling for teens ages 12-18 at a reduced rate.
