I work with adults who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns of stress and reactivity and are seeking a deeper, more embodied approach to therapy. Many people carry emotional stress in their bodies, even when they have a clear cognitive understanding of what’s happening. My work focuses on helping clients slow down, tune into their nervous systems, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. My approach is gentle and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing involves both awareness and embodied experience. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness to help clients understand their patterns, build body awareness, and relate to their emotional experiences with greater curiosity and compassion. Treatment often includes moving at a slower pace, listening to the body, and using experiential approaches to support your system in settling and healing. Clients often share that they feel more grounded, more able to respond rather than react, and more connected to themselves over time. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or a life transition, my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can feel present, resilient, and at home in your body and life.
