I’m Claire (she/her), I’ve been working with youth and young adult mental health support for the last 11 years with a variety of different capacities from therapeutic wilderness field guide to school social worker. I have a passion for supporting individuals navigating the world we live in with compassion and collaboration. We are all figuring out who we want to be and how we want to be that person and I try to help people sort out what that means for them. I work with folks to explore tools and strategies with difficult feelings, communication, personal exploration and just being a little kinder to yourself. I practice using ecosystems theory; the idea that every person, situation, overlapping identity and experience is connected to who we are and how we exist within the different systems we live in - family systems, systems of oppression, industries, and the physical ecosystem of our planet. I use a strengths-based approach to help you find solutions and skills to get through difficult situations. In short, I support folks as we work together to develop the tools to live life closer to how they want to live.
