I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you change the things you want to change through education and accept the things you need to accept. I specialize in Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP) and ACT for OCD. ERP allows you to learn, gradually, that your thoughts aren't as scary as you really think they are. I utilize primarily CBT&DBT for depression, anxiety, parenting concerns. I am also trained in EMDR therapy for addressing how trauma is getting in the way of the life you want to live.
