My goal is to support people in healing, growth, and tackling life’s stressors with both compassion and practical tools. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, I strive to create a warm, approachable, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely understood. I work especially well with perfectionists & value teaching actionable skills (not just validation) to help clients build insight, self-trust, and confidence advocating for their needs outside of session. I also have experience working with doctors and other high-achieving professionals facing unique stressors I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and have experience navigating a wide range of topics such as gender and sexual identity, family conflict, trauma, work/school stress, and more. I utilize an individualized approach to therapy because I recognize that no two people will experience their challenges in the exact same way. Having faced chronic health conditions since childhood, I understand that it can be isolating to navigate physical or mental health challenges that those around you might struggle to see, understand, or empathize with. I'm here to provide you with the support and guidance you deserve, because no one should have to face these challenges alone.
