I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, major life transitions, and complex mental health concerns, with a particular interest in athletes, survivors of violence, and individuals living with persistent mental health diagnoses. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of how to move forward—and you do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My approach is practical, relational, and trauma-informed, combining space to process what you are experiencing with concrete strategies for creating meaningful change. I strive to be someone you can be honest with without fear of judgment, while also helping you recognize patterns, build on your strengths, and work toward the goals that matter to you. Ultimately, I want therapy to help you better understand yourself, feel more capable of navigating difficult experiences, and develop a realistic path forward.
