You may feel overwhelmed by your own thoughts, stuck in repetitive patterns, or frustrated that trying harder has not made things feel easier. I work with children, teenagers, and adults navigating ADHD, autism, OCD-related concerns, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and challenges with confidence or relationships. Many of the people I support feel deeply misunderstood or have difficulty expressing what is happening internally. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, and somatic and expressive approaches. Because experiences are not always easy to put into words, I may also incorporate movement, body awareness, or creative expression when that feels comfortable and helpful to you. You are never required to dance or participate in movement-based work. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We may build practical coping strategies, explore connections between your thoughts, emotions, and body responses, or slow down and make sense of experiences more deeply. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, understood, and supported in building on the resilience and abilities you already have. I offer in-person therapy in West Yarmouth and telehealth throughout Massachusetts and am currently accepting new clients.
