As a counselor, I believe it is important to create a non-judgmental environment in order to build a solid therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with each of my clients on their individual goals. I use a holistic and integrative approach to therapy including person-centered, interpersonal process, mindfulness based interventions and various cognitive behavioral interventions including schema therapy. My professional interests include helping individuals through life transitions, traumatic experiences (past and current), maladaptive behaviors and life patterns, relationship issues, effective communication, health and fitness.
