While still a fairly new clinician, I’m not new to helping people reach their goals. In short, my niche centers around helping individuals thrive through the growing pains of life. Helping those in need shift past the familiarity of spaces they’ve outgrown into more of who they are meant to be is a process that never gets old to me. Whether you’re a first generation college student, new or expectant parent, or family navigating life transitions - I’m eager to run this race alongside you! The process of becoming often entails grieving, purging, and letting go of something.
