Introduction

Welcome! I'm a seasoned clinical social worker and recently closed my psychotherapy private practice of 10 years to shift my focus in how I work with clients. I opened my new business, Clarity with CARE, LLC to offer mindfulness-focused wellbeing consultation, supervision, and training services. The sessions are more focused on the present, meeting you where you are currently at in life, love, family, career, etc. This is not psychotherapy and I do not offer diagnosis. I have been a student and practitioner of mindfulness meditation for over two decades. I developed a Clarity with CARE (Conscious, Awareness, Reflection, Evolution) framework for the consultation and supervision services that I offer. I'm a New Mexico Social Work Examiners Board approved supervisor assisting obtaining various levels of licensure (BSW, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC). I offer Field Instruction Supervision for those who are in graduate level internships that need an off-site LCSW. Clarity with CARE trainings, groups, retreats, and consultations for businesses and organizations are available upon request and recommendation.
