Introduction

Maybe you’ve been through a big life change, or are starting to feel disconnected from yourself or your relationships. Your mind can’t seem to slow down or keep up. The expectation to get everything just right may feel constant. You might feel emotionally drained under the quiet pressure to perform or be someone others can depend on. When you’re the one who steps in, takes care of things, and makes sure everyone else is okay, it can be hard to notice when you’ve reached your own limit. If this resonates, you deserve a space to slow down, catch your breath, and let go of holding it all together. You are welcome here. I work with high-achieving individuals and young adults navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety, perfectionism, focus and organization challenges, and burnout. Through a culturally sensitive and evidence-based approach, we’ll identify patterns, build practical skills, and increase self-compassion while addressing frustration, overwhelm, and self-doubt. You don’t have to figure this out on your own. In therapy, we’ll create a space where you are accepted as you are, while gently supporting you toward where you want to be. Many individuals and young adults I work with notice a lifting of pressure and an increase in clarity. If you are ready to start your therapy journey, I invite you to reach out and schedule a free consultation.
