Claudia works with adolescents (14 and over), and adults, and has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She tailors treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. A strong focus of her work includes building resilience, strengthening emotional regulation, and supporting healthy boundary-setting. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
