The ways we learn to navigate relationships often begin long before we realize it, shaped by our families, identities, and past experiences. I see therapy as a space to slow down, get curious about these patterns, and explore which stories still serve us and which ones we may be ready to rewrite. My goal is to create a warm, affirming space where you can show up authentically, feel understood, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. I work with individuals and couples navigating emotional connection, communication, identity, intimacy, and relational patterns. With relationship counseling, I aim to help partners understand the cycles they become caught in, identify the emotions and needs underneath conflict, and develop more secure and meaningful ways of connecting.
