Introduction

I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor providing virtual therapy for adults across Arizona. My approach is warm, human, and grounded in the belief that people heal when they feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, grief, and identity exploration, helping clients make sense of their inner world and build confidence in who they are becoming. My style is collaborative and culturally responsive. I draw from humanistic and strengths‑based perspectives, helping clients slow down, understand their patterns, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been overlooked or overwhelmed. Many of the people I work with are helpers, caregivers, and community‑focused professionals who are used to being strong for everyone else. Therapy becomes a place where they don’t have to hold everything alone. Clients describe me as steady, intuitive, and easy to talk to. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD‑related challenges, major transitions, or long‑standing patterns that no longer fit, we work together at a pace that feels safe and empowering. My goal is to help you understand your story, reclaim your voice, and build a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you truly are.
