Introduction

I bring lived experience in long-term sobriety to my work as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I'm passionate about helping individuals and groups explore the root causes of substance use and discover what recovery can genuinely offer—a life worth living. My approach is grounded in non-judgment and meets you where you are, whether you're navigating addiction, alcohol use, dual diagnosis concerns, or any of the behaviors and emotions that often accompany them. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Experiential and Art Therapy, and breathwork to help you build practical coping skills and reconnect with yourself. I work with young adults, adults, and elders through individual sessions, groups, and coaching—all available in-person or via telehealth. I accept most insurance providers. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support your journey toward sustainable recovery.
