I look at whole body health when addressing mental health concerns, for many reasons. There are many physical co-occurring health conditions when we experience ADHD, Depression and Autism. Additionally, sometimes our physical health contributes to our mental health in an important way. Working together, with medications and evidence-based holistic coaching, we can make huge positive changes.
