Introduction

In life, you may not be doing the things you so desperately want to do. You may think to yourself, “Once I [fill in the blank with a societal beauty standard], then I will [fill in the blank of the desired activity]." Here’s what I want you to know- you DESERVE to be seen. You deserve to get what you want. You don’t have to wait until you lose the weight, get the surgery, change the hair, get better clothes, etc to live your life. When people feel this way, it’s often linked back to a belief about not being good enough or a fear of humiliation. This is where I come in. Hi, I’m Codi (she/her). I’ve been a therapist for 14 years, and I love to help people with self-esteem battles that get in the way of living life to the fullest. I like helping people discover their worth and learn that they deserve to exist and be seen in any space they want. This work can be uncomfortable at times as we dive into the root of the problem, but the other side can be so freeing. Additionally, I like helping people learn to manage their anxiety and negative thinking patterns so they can have more peace. I use various treatment techniques, including EMDR, mindfulness, expressive arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I offer online individual therapy to adults who live in the State of Florida in the evenings. Contact me today to set up a consultation. I would love to begin this journey to freedom with you!
