Introduction

Many of the people I work with are LGBTQIA2S+ or BIPOC individuals navigating identity, trauma, or big life transitions. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what the next step looks like. In therapy, we slow things down, build practical skills, and create space for you to understand yourself more deeply so you can move toward a life that feels more authentic and grounded. I help clients explore identity, process trauma, and navigate life transitions. Using CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, helps build practical coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and creates lasting change that aligns with your values and goals. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to better understand yourself, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel heard and supported while working through what’s weighing on you. If this resonates, I’d be glad to connect and see if we might be a good fit.
