Introduction

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for individuals ages 10–65. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health conditions, and I believe treatment should be personalized to who you are, not just your diagnosis. My approach combines medication management, therapeutic strategies, and integrative approaches when appropriate, always taking your goals, needs, and values into consideration. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, share your story, and work together toward feeling your best.
