Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it feels like you're stuck repeating the same patterns despite your best efforts. I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, men's issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you better understand yourself while building skills to handle difficult thoughts, emotions, and situations. I utilize ACT, CBT, and EMDR therapy to help clients create meaningful change and move toward the life they want to live. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and welcome individuals from all backgrounds.
