Introduction

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity concerns, life transitions, or the stress of balancing life's demands. I work with adults seeking greater clarity, emotional well-being, and personal growth, and I have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating diverse relationship structures. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. As a therapist with more than 15 years of experience, I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, and elements of IFS to support meaningful and lasting change for individuals in Colorado and Massachusetts. Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you're facing a difficult season or looking to better understand yourself, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Many clients are surprised to learn that they can still use their insurance benefits for therapy, even when I'm considered an out-of-network provider. Many PPO and POS plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits that can significantly reduce your cost. To make the process as easy as possible, I provide a detailed monthly superbill you can submit through your insurer's portal. Many clients find this to be a simple online process that takes just a few minutes. If you're unsure whether your plan includes out-of-network coverage, I encourage you to call your insurance company, and I'm happy to help you think through the right questions to ask. My goal is to make access to care as smooth and stress-free as possible.
