Introduction

Since 2011, Cognitive Change has helped individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges such as co-dependency, anger, OCD, phobias, panic disorders, PTSD, and trauma using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for all ages. Our diverse clients come from all cultural, racial, gender, and economic backgrounds. All therapists are certified in CBT, TEAM-CBT, or DBT and are supervised by a certified CBT therapist. We’re dedicated to helping clients move toward the life they want while fostering self-acceptance and harmony with the world around them.
