My goal as a therapist is to offer you a safe space that feels completely within your control. A place where you can really express what you're going through. I practice person-centered therapy, which means we deal with what you need in that moment, on that day, at that time. That often leads us to the issues underneath everything else. I use CBT, DBT, and a good dose of Reality Therapy, and I'm not afraid to speak my mind, but my feedback is always centered in care, growth, empathy, and acceptance. I work with LGBTQIA+ adults navigating change, difficult life experiences, relationships, work-life balance, self-worth, or simply trying to figure out what they want their lives to look like. If you need some help navigating life at the moment, let's talk.
