Introduction

Cole Risbon, LPC is a trauma-informed, neurodivergent Licensed Professional Counselor serving individuals throughout Pennsylvania. Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, stress, insomnia, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone. Cole provides a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. Cole's approach is eclectic, holistic, solution-focused, and tailored to each person's unique experiences and goals. He believes that no two people share the same story, so therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, he works alongside clients to identify strengths, build practical coping skills, and develop solutions that fit their lives. Cole Risbon, LPC, offers Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), a practical, strength-based approach that helps clients identify their goals, recognize their existing strengths, and develop realistic solutions to life's challenges. Additionally he is trained and certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a specialized, evidence-based approach for treating insomnia and persistent sleep sleep difficulties. CBT-I goes beyond basic sleep hygiene by addressing the thoughts, behaviors, routines, and patterns that can interfere with healthy sleep.
