Introduction

We all carry different parts of ourselves; some that manage, some that protect, and some that hold pain we’ve had to carry for a long time. When those parts become overwhelmed or stuck, it can show up as anxiety, shame, disconnection, or patterns that feel hard to change. In our work together, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you get to know and care for these inner experiences in a way that feels safe and compassionate. Rather than working against yourself, we begin to build a relationship with what’s happening inside to allow for healing to unfold more naturally. I also integrate EMDR and somatic approaches to support the nervous system, helping you move through deeper experiences without becoming overwhelmed. This is a grounded, steady process. One that honors your pace and leads to meaningful, lasting change. My approach is relational, and focused on helping you understand your inner world and what you’re experiencing so you can move toward meaningful, lasting healing.
