Introduction

You may be someone who is capable, thoughtful, and successful, yet still find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life you want. Perhaps you understand yourself well but continue to repeat patterns in your relationships, struggle with difficult emotions, or question why certain experiences affect you so deeply. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and create meaningful change. Together, we explore how your experiences, relationships, and emotions have shaped who you are and how you navigate the world - giving you the power to make change. I specialize in working with high-functioning adults and young adults seeking deeper self-understanding, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I have particular experience supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum, parents navigating the transition to parenthood, and young adults facing identity, independence, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, while also inviting meaningful reflection and honest exploration. I believe that developing a deeper understanding of yourself can lead to greater confidence, more fulfilling relationships, and a stronger sense of agency in life. I am a licensed psychologist with more than 10 years of clinical experience and advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely understood while also feeling supported in examining the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I look forward to helping you begin this process.
