Colleen is open-minded, curious, empathetic, and non-judgmental. She strongly believes in community and reaching out to others for support as we move along our personal journeys. Colleen enjoys exploring how past experiences affect the way we move through the world and pursuing what can be done in the present to help clients feel better. Having raised three young adults and navigated divorce, Colleen is drawn to conversations about life transitions, career exploration, and mental health issues affecting college-age students, young professionals, and adults. She seeks to listen to and support adults in their process of healing and self-exploration. She works with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity exploration, life transitions, grief, high level neurodivergencies, and major life stressors. Colleen graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Master in Counseling and Psychological Services and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Colleen also earned a Master in Speech Language Pathology and brings a deep understanding of acute and degenerative diseases from this prior work. In her free time, Colleen enjoys camping, hiking, rowing, yoga, cooking and exploring new restaurants, and her spending time with her lab, Duke. Duke is in therapy dog school and, with client consent, will join Colleen at work most days.
