Life’s most profound transitions often come with complex emotional challenges. My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals facing the unique stresses associated with aging, caregiving, end-of-life concerns, and the lifelong family dynamics of being a sibling to someone with a developmental disability. You might feel caught in the "sandwich generation," balancing the needs of your children and your aging parents. Or you may identify as a glass child and are struggling with putting your own needs first. Perhaps you're wrestling with the grief of anticipatory loss, feeling overwhelmed by caregiving decisions, or simply struggling to find your own identity amid your family's needs. You don't have to carry this weight alone. My approach provides a safe, non-judgmental space to unpack these intense feelings and develop effective strategies for coping and communication. I work from a person centered approach and meet you where you are at. Whether this is your first time starting with therapy or you've been here before, I'm here to listen and support. I currently offer individual therapy in person in Austin, TX and virtually for clients located throughout Texas.
