I work with women who are carrying a lot—emotionally, mentally, and often physically—and wondering when they get to be held, too. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or their partners, and confused about why relationships that once felt manageable now feel so hard. If you’re navigating relationship changes or experiencing a breakup, pregnant/postpartum, or overall feeling anxious, resentful, lonely, or not “like yourself,” you are not broken and you are not alone. As a therapist, I value being authentic, honest, and grounded—no b.s., no pretending, and no pressure to say the “right” thing. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up exactly as you are, even if that means messy, angry, ambivalent, or exhausted. I’ll meet you with compassion, but I’ll also be real with you.
