Introduction

Hello there! I am interning from January-May as a child therapist. I am deeply passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they navigate anxiety and depression. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help young people understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence in themselves. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space where children and teens feel seen, heard, and supported. It is an honor to walk alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and hope. *Each session is offered at $50 self-pay rate. I am not able to bill insurance at this time.
