Life can present many challenges - from relationship issues to anxiety, depression, trauma, or the many other curveballs that life can throw. In a safe, nonjudgemental space, I would like to provide you with the support and tools to find your way to a better place. I work primarily with individuals and couples and am trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I look at emotional and mental health through the lens of relationships and life experiences. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I consider how family dynamics, relationships, and life transitions may be affecting how you feel and function. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma and distressing experiences. EMDR helps the brain process difficult memories so they feel less overwhelming and no longer interfere with daily life. By combining a systemic-based approach with EMDR, I support clients in healing past experiences while building healthier patterns, stronger coping skills, and more fulfilling relationships. If any of this sounds like it could be beneficial to you, please feel free to reach out via email or phone.
