Introduction

At Complete Counseling and Consulting Services, PLLC, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Our work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I have experience supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders (including bipolar disorder), personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. I also work with concerns related to anger management, stress, attention and behavior (ADD/ADHD), interpersonal difficulties, and family or relationship stressors. My background includes clinical experience in educational and psychiatric settings, where I provided counseling to children, adults, and geriatric patients coping with complex emotional and behavioral conditions. My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I also incorporate Adlerian, trauma-focused, culturally sensitive, and expressive arts interventions to meet clients where they are. I strive to create a compassionate, safe, and affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. My goal is to help individuals build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, develop practical coping skills, and move toward greater self-awareness and well-being. At Complete Counseling and Consulting Services, I believe in a holistic view of mental health that honors the connection between mind, body, and environment. Each session is designed to promote healing, growth, and a renewed sense of balance in daily life.
