Feeling constantly stressed, burned out, or stuck in your own head can be exhausting. You may be trying to hold everything together on your own, unsure how to move forward. The good news is—you don’t have to figure it out alone. I believe people are both resilient and human—we all have strengths, and we all hit seasons where we need support. My role is to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and work with you to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I’m not here to just listen—I’m here to help you make sense of patterns, build on your strengths, and develop tools that actually work in your day-to-day life. As a male therapist, I often work with men who feel pressure to “handle things on their own,” have difficulty opening up, or feel disconnected in their relationships. I also support individuals and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual concerns.
