Introduction

I work with adults and couples throughout California, Washington, and Idaho via telehealth. Pursuing therapy can be a big step. It's a unique space to heal from trauma, interact with unhealthy patterns of relationships in an effort to create more fulfilling ones, improve communication, and open yourself to new and better experiences and relationships. I often work with individuals and couples with trauma, attachment issues, sexual and emotional intimacy, identity development, shame, grief, and more. I have extensive experience working with men’s issues, LGBTQIA+, executives, and entrepreneurs. I work with an attachment-based and trauma-informed perspective, believing that healing occurs most powerfully in a relational context. Our therapeutic relationship allows us to explore and address your relationship with yourself and others. I often integrate EMDR and parts work as well as principles from ACT, Gottman, and Jungian psychology into my work. I understand starting therapy or finding a new therapist can feel daunting so my hope is to make that process as smooth and reassuring for you as possible. You'll find that I bring humor, empathy, and active collaboration with you into therapy so you can feel like there's movement in the goals and desires you have in starting this process.
