Hi, I’m Conner. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a life of movement, service, and resilience. I grew up as a third-culture kid, spending part of my formative years in Norway, and later traveled to more than 40 countries as a global missionary. Those years of living in diverse cultures, walking alongside people in moments of both struggle and strength, and building community across borders taught me the power of presence, empathy, and human connection. My professional journey began with a background in theater, which continues to inform my creativity and ability to help clients explore identity and expression. I later earned my Master of Social Work from King University and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. I’ve served in many roles—from school social work in Douglas County, Colorado, to supporting at-risk youth in independent living, to providing crisis services for teens and adults. Each step reinforced my belief that people are not defined by their most challenging moments but by their capacity to grow, adapt, and heal. Today, I integrate evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and polyvagal grounding, with a holistic, values-based perspective. My passion is working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, and life transitions. I bring not only my clinical training but also my personal experience of change, resilience, and community building. At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy should be a place of trust, love, and even fun—a space where you can be fully yourself, explore your story, and discover new ways forward.
