My approach is based upon mutual respect, kindness and an appreciation for all life events that have helped to shape who you are today. I focus on strength, collaboration and a nonjudgmental approach. I enjoy working with adults who are motivated in overcoming the difficulties that are a part of their journey. I have a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, along with DBT, Narrative and Family Systems theoretical background. Life is hard. Relationships get messy. Sometimes we just need to talk to someone to sort out what is stuck in our minds. Other times there are specific problems that are affecting our lives and continue to get in the way of the life we want. Either way - I'm here to listen, reflect and offer strategies for healing.
