Introduction

You may be navigating the challenges of transitioning to parenthood, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, hopeless, or self-critical. You might feel out of control, disconnected, or numb following trauma or loss, struggling to cope with your emotions or thoughts. Or perhaps you are feeling stuck in patterns of conflict or distance in your relationships, confused about how to move forward. I offer a steady, compassionate space where you can slow down, find clarity, and begin to heal. I can help you feel safer within your mind and body, find more steadiness amid uncertainty, and build greater trust in your life and relationships. I help individuals and couples navigate perinatal and parenting related anxiety, depression, and OCD; trauma; relationship challenges; emotional regulation; body image concerns; ADHD/HSP; LQBTQIA+, and fertility challenges. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, IFS, and somatic/nervous system approaches to support deep, lasting healing. I believe therapy should be a deeply collaborative process, and I know the importance of finding a therapist you feel comfortable with. If you’re interested in working together, I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Connection, presence, and joy are possible - even in the midst of challenge. I can help.
