As a counselor, my priority is to create a collaborative, safe, and judgment-free space where you feel fully supported. My goal is to help you become the person you want to be and to work with you toward achieving the goals that matter most to you. I believe the most effective therapy integrates both past and present—exploring how past experiences shape current challenges, while actively practicing new strategies in and outside of sessions to foster meaningful change. Throughout my career, I’ve helped clients facing a wide range of challenges. My areas of focus include relationship and couples counseling, ADHD and executive functioning, academic and career-related stress, substance abuse, and trauma/PTSD. Previously, I worked as a life coach as well as a behavioral health technician at a rehabilitation center for boys and men, focusing on substance abuse treatment as well as its co-occurring issues. I’ve also participated in clinical research labs studying social psychology and the neuropsychological effects of substance use. My therapeutic style incorporates techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. This integrative approach addresses the limitations of traditional talk therapy to support my clients in more holistic, effective ways that meet an individual’s unique needs. Together, we’ll build insight, resilience, and the tools you need to move forward with intention and confidence.
