Although challenges like grief, trauma, and transitions are part of life, I also believe they can lead to resilience, meaning, and empowerment. As a graduate counseling intern working toward my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Trauma, Crisis, Grief, and Loss, I offer a supportive and encouraging space for people of all ages as they navigate anxiety, depression, life changes, and relationship issues.
