Introduction

I work with couples and individuals, adults and adolescents. I am a psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapist licensed to practice and based in New York. I am also licensed and work with patients in California, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas. I am out-of-network with insurance. I am open to negotiating a rate and I am set up to help clients easily submit OON claims to insurance. I have some availability for remote sessions. I am a graduate of both the Couples and Individual Psychodynamic Therapy training programs at the William Alanson White Institute in New York City. I am a psychoanalytic training candidate at a 4-year program at Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP) in New York City. I have an eclectic professional and cultural background with a MA in Literature, MBA, and Master of Social Work degrees. My life experience helps me build rapport and join with people from all walks of life, young and old. My 20 years as a leader in several high tech startups has helped me join with clients pursuing complex career and professional goals and coping with professional stress. I am bilingual in Russian and offer Russian-language sessions to native speakers who desire it.
