Introduction

I've been working as a therapist for over 10 years. I love exploring issues with clients, getting to know clients deeply, and working to help clients meet their goals. I have become a TEAM-CBT therapist because I appreciate the structure and accountability TEAM-CBT provides. Sometimes people want to just talk about their issues, which is totally okay. Sometimes people are tired of just talking, and this is where TEAM-CBT shines. I want to meet my clients where they are, and I love that I have such effective tools for the clients who want to use them.
