Introduction

I work with people who feel like outsiders; those who were told to “tough it out,” hide their emotions, or fit into roles that never matched who they truly are. Maybe you’re struggling with anger, disconnection, or the weight of religious expectations. Maybe you’re trying to untangle relationship challenges, explore ethical non-monogamy, or find affirming support as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I provide telehealth therapy for adults across Idaho. My specialties include men’s emotional health, trauma recovery, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and navigating the impact of religion, whether that means healing from painful teachings or integrating faith in a way that feels authentic. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and honesty, creating a safe space where you don’t have to translate who you are. You don’t need perfect words or a clear plan to begin. You just have to be open minded and willing to start. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, connection, and the freedom to live more authentically.
