Introduction

Today can be your “Day One.” You are not defined by your shortcomings, imperfections, or past failures—nor by how much you do for others. You are inherently valuable exactly as you are right now. If you’re ready to take the first step toward greater emotional stability and meaningful behavior change, we at (plural) psychotherapy are here to walk alongside you. I’m personally committed to helping make life feel lighter and more manageable. I primarily work with couples to help reconcile interpersonal conflict and heal from relationship betrayal. I also help individuals work through disordered eating, body image concerns, addiction, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Know that the work we do will be CBT- and DBT-informed, while addressing the environmental factors that may be affecting you. Everything that led you here matters, but now we’re shifting the focus toward where you want to go. You deserve the relief and clarity you’re seeking. Thank you for considering entrusting me with your next steps. If you’re ready, let’s schedule a free consultation and begin brainstorming your way forward.
