Life can feel heavy at times, leaving you stuck, uncertain, or unsure how to move forward after unexpected challenges. In our work together, you will find a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Healing happens in relationships and at a pace that honors your story, and we will move at whatever speed feels right for you. More than anything, I love walking with people as they move from surviving to thriving, and I would be honored to be part of your journey. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you bring your unique stories, experiences, and strengths, and I bring my training and steady support as we work toward your goals. My approach is experiential, person-centered, and trauma-informed, tailored to fit each client's needs. My focus is working with adolescents and adults, clients managing co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, and individuals navigating faith transitions. I grew up in New York and came to counseling after a full first chapter of life centered on raising a family, along with a background in education that taught me how people learn, grow, and find their footing. I am a clinical mental health counseling intern completing my master's through Bellevue University's CACREP-accredited program. Having lived in South America and Puerto Rico, I fell in love with the people, food, culture, and language, and I carry that same curiosity and openness into every client relationship.
